Agriculture is an important sector in providing the basic needs of society, therefore farmers as the main actors in agriculture must have agricultural innovations, one of which is obtained from agricultural extension workers. Warsana, a Master Students in Agribusiness, FPP UNDIP, revealed this in her thesis entitled: The Influence Of Work Motivation Towards Agricultural Extensions In Central Java. Warsana, who is also chairman of the Indonesian Agricultural Extension Association (PERHIPTANI), successfully defended his thesis in the Final Examination. He hopes that this thesis will provide benefits to increase the motivation of agricultural agents in contributing to development.
