As part of the collaboration between the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) and Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP), on Monday, 19 May 2025, there was FGD between students of BRIN Degree By Research and the BRIN Steering Committee. This activity was carried out as a strategic step in downstreaming technological innovation to support national food and energy security. Discussions and coordination were carried out with BRIN Steering Committee Member Mrs. Tri Mumpuni, and staff and Undip Alumni, Ir. Letter Indrijarso, M.Sc. Ph.D. at the B.J. Building Habibie, Jl. M.H. Thamrin No. 8, Central Jakarta.
This meeting was attended by Dr. Tri Martini, Chair of Research Group 9, Resources in Sustainable Circular Engineering, Research Center for Sustainable Industrial and Manufacturing Systems BRIN as Co-Promoter of Undip Master’s Students Ni Wayan Mutia Dewi Artawati (Master of Agribusiness) and Asyrof (Master of Energy). The meeting was also attended by the technology inventor team from the Banjarnegara Waste Bank. They discussed the development and implementation of Petasol, a technology for converting plastic waste into fuel which is aimed at supporting the activities of coastal farmers and fishermen.
