Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences, Universitas Diponegoro (FPP UNDIP) carried out an activity called : the Capacity Building 2023. This activity was held for two days, July 28-29, 2023 in Yogyakarta. This capacity building event was attended by 148 staffs, consisting of head of faculty, lecturers and academic staff. This event was started by opening remark from the Dean, who said that this Capacity Building activity was expected to build true commitment and awareness to improve performance and synergy within the faculty. In addition, the Dean also said that it was hoped that this event would not only foster cohesiveness between participants, but also at the same time strengthen planning and action program that implemented in 2023. The aim of this activity is to increase motivation and cohesiveness which will contribute significantly to the performance of human resources within faculty members.
