The delegation was welcomed by the Dean of Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences (FPP Undip), Prof. Dr. Ir Bambang Waluyo Hadi Eko Prasetyo, MS, MAgr, IPU, Deputy Dean of Academic Affairs, Dr. Ir Limbang Kustiawan Nuswantara, SPt, MP, IPU, and Deputy Dean for Resources, Agus Setiadi, SPt, MSi, PhD, Head of Agribusiness Masters Program, Siwi Gayatri, Ph.D., and the lecturers.The Head of Departmen of Agriculture and Food, Kendal Regency, Pandu Rapriat Rogojati conveyed that his visit with the group was in the context of exploring collaboration with FPP Undip. “Our visit to the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture, University of Diponegoro is in the context of friendship, as well as develop collaborations with academics, regarding support for improving management of LKMA,” he said.Dean of FPP Undip Semarang added: “Our goal is to optimize the human resources (HR) of Agribusiness Micro Finance Institutions (LKMA). Undip is ready to support assistance in the operational management of the LKMA,” he said.It is hoped that this visit will be the beginning of collaboration in the fields of education, research and community service between the agencies involved and become a bridge to support the improvement of agricultural sector in Batang Regency.
