Agribusiness Masters Program, in collaboration with PERHEPI Semarang (Indonesian Society of Agricultural Economics), held Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Training. The activity was held on 20-21 June 2025 with participants from teaching staff and students. On the first day of training, participants were given lecturer on how to understand the basics of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Squares (PLS). It was followed by a technical session on installing and setting up Smart PLS 4. The trainer provided a step-by-step guide to installing the software and introduced the interface and main features in Smart PLS 4 Program. The training also focused on analytical practice using Smart PLS 4. Participants started by importing real data into the software and validating the measurement model. By the end of this training, it is expected that participants will have a strong understanding of SEM and PLS concepts, as well as the practical ability to use Smart PLS 4 in their data analysis.
